In the heart of the beautiful Tannheimer Tal, stands Camping Alpenwelt. Located on the southern slope, the campsite offers you the opportunity to enjoy a well-deserved holiday during the winter and summer seasons. 

The campsite is easy to reach and the ideal starting point for numerous excursions into the Alpine mountains of Tyrol with great views of the Allgäu and the main Alpine ridge.

The accommodations 

The campsite offers great accommodation and camping pitches for everyone. Choose a spot on the sun-drenched pitches for caravans, mobile homes, and tents, all equipped with an electricity supply. If you prefer something cozier, you can stay in one of the 6 one-room apartments or 2-holiday apartments located on the site. The apartments are mainly for 2 people and are equipped with a kitchenette, seating area with a table for 2 people, toilet/shower, and TV.

The services

Camping Alpenwelt takes hygiene and cleanliness very seriously, so you will find great sanitary facilities with toilets, showers, a baby washroom, hand wash basins, individual washing cabins, and more. The floor heating ensures a pleasant feeling in the bathroom area and warm feet in winter. On top of that, you can take advantage of all facilities which include: a sauna and solarium, a kiosk, a children's playground, a ski boot drying room, fresh bread service in the mornings, a cozy lounge, a laundry area with washing machines, and a dryer, a table tennis table, board games, and much more! 

The surroundings

You will be camping in a fantastic location, in the Tannheimer Tal Valley, in the north of Tyrol. The two local mountains, the Einstein in the north and the 2,000-meter-high Rohnenspitze, promise a magnificent view and are worth climbing. If the weather is not that good or you just want to spend a relaxing day swimming, there are many options in our area, with indoor swimming pools. For a cultural activity, the oldest city in Germany, Kempten, has a few beautiful historical corners to offer, such as cafés, restaurants, shops, museums, and more!
